FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS How do I know what size to order? I now have a measurement page you may fill out and send to me. I will go over the measurements  and let you know what size outfits will fit. I custom make every order, so it is no trouble to adjust the pattern as I cut. This will insure a better fit. If you already know what size to order but would like a more tailored fit, fill out the form and send it to me the same day you place your order. Will I sew matching outfits for both doll and little girl? I would be happy to sew a matching outfit for your daughter or special little girl. My own daughter is going on 12 years, so I have many patterns at my disposal. Most patterns I have go up to a girl's size 16. I have made many matching outfits for her over the years. The outfits may not not be "exact" but my daughter doesn't seem to mind the subtle differences. I get them close enough. The only problem I have is fabric quantities. I keep a large assortment of fabric for my dolls, but not in large quantites. I just don't have the room to store such an inventory. If you are interested in a matching outfit for both doll and girl, you will have to provide the fabric. I will give you yardage and specific instructions if you are not familiar with buying fabric. I realize that is not the best situation but it is all I am able to offer at this time. What is a special order? A special order is an outfit that I do NOT have a pattern or fabric listed. Any items or fabrics you see listed can be purchased immediately. Many people are looking for a specific doll size or for an item in a particular color that I don't have listed. I will search for specific doll patterns for you and look for special fabrics for the dolls. How do I care for my dolls clothing? I pre-wash and dry all* my fabrics before I cut. You may wash and dry the clothes just as you would your own clothes. I recommend using cold water to prevent fading. *(I do not pre-wash my knit fabrics, they don't have a tendency to shrink. Wools and dressy fabrics such as satin, velvet & taffeta should be dry cleaned only.) Who makes your clothes? I do all my own sewing. I make each garment individually to insure quality. I am a certified fashion designer & sewing specialist with over 25 years of sewing experience.
